Text Box: BSE is a consultation, design and integration firm formed to assist today’s Broadcaster with station issues when staffing levels or experience may require augmentation. Jim Grimes owner of BSE has been in the Television and Radio Engineering Field for 30 years and of those, the last 17 were as Chief Engineer/Director of Engineering. He has had the opportunity to work with such organizations as Hearst-Argyle, Raycom Media, Wolf Coach and the former U.S. Navy Broadcasting Service. An active member of the SBE since 1989, he understands the increasing need for outside technical help with design and integration of facilities as well as training of staff. We understand the difficulties of stations experience in the race to stay competitive but still maintain an attractive bottom-line. We can help.
