As part of any pre-contract or contracted discussions, any and all information obtained by BSE concerning Station’s programming, operation and internal affairs shall not be revealed to any person or persons, other than Station’s management, without obtaining specific written permission of Station. It is understood by the parties, however, that in the performance of its duties hereunder, BSE may become aware of trade secrets, or confidential information that would, if disclosed, adversely affect the operation of the business of other clients of BSE. No such material shall be disclosed to any other party, and questions concerning the propriety of any such disclosure regarding the operation of Station should be addressed to Station. Prior to the initiation of this Agreement, and during the course of this Agreement, BSE shall disclose to Station any and all prior or current employment or work of Engineer which could or might result in a conflict of interest on the part of BSE, including work for radio or television stations, or other communications facilities in the same market as that of Station’s clients for which BSE and its employees will be doing work pursuant any Agreement.
